PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. ONCE ACCEPTED, THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, IN COMBINATION WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY, DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT, AND AFFILIATE AGREEMENT (COLLECTIVELY THE “TERMS”), BECOME A BINDING LEGAL COMMITMENT BETWEEN YOU (OR THE BUSINESS ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT) AND REBELSOUL BUSINESS EDGE, AND ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “REBELSOUL BUSINESS EDGE,” “WE” OR “US”) AND WILL GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ALL OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH HIGHLEVEL RELATED TO THE PLATFORM.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCEPT THEM, CREATE AN ACCOUNT, OR USE THE PLATFORM. IN THE EVENT OF A CONFLICT BETWEEN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE, THESE TERMS OF SERVICE SHALL PREVAIL.
REBELSOUL BUSINESS EDGE reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time
. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the updated Terms.
1. Services Provided
REBELSOUL BUSINESS EDGE offers a variety of services, including but not limited to branding, website builds, tech support, marketing strategy, and access to All-In-One Business solutions. Clients can purchase monthly service plans, one-on-one tech support, packaged services, and one-time offerings.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for one-time or packaged services must be made upfront or as a deposit before work begins, as outlined in the service agreement.
Monthly service plans must be paid on the first of each month or according to the billing cycle detailed in the client’s subscription.
Failure to pay on time may result in service interruptions or termination.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds: Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds will not be issued for work already completed or for monthly plans once service has commenced.
Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement.
Cancellations: Clients must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to cancel monthly service plans. Any remaining payments due within the notice period must be paid in full.
4. Ownership of Deliverables
REBELSOUL BUSINESS EDGE retains ownership of all deliverables, including websites, branding materials, and other assets, until payment is made in full.
Unauthorized use of unpaid deliverables is prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
REBELSOUL BUSINESS EDGE is not liable for:
Website downtime caused by hosting providers, third-party software, or client actions.
Delays in deliverables due to client requests, changes, or incomplete submissions.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services.
6. Communication & Office Hours
Communication is conducted via email, website chat bot, or online meetings. Clients are encouraged to use these channels for support and inquiries.
Office hours will be published on the website but are subject to occasional adjustments for personal days or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Termination of Services
Clients may terminate their agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
REBELSOUL BUSINESS EDGE reserves the right to terminate the agreement for non-payment, breach of contract, or failure to provide required materials in a timely manner.
8. Dispute Resolution
For clients in Canada and the USA:
Disputes will be addressed through negotiation and mediation before escalating to arbitration or legal proceedings. Specific jurisdiction will depend on the client’s location and the terms set out in the service agreement.
